If anyone knows where I can find some .41 mag ammo please let me know. I don't mind going to pick it up, but I can't afford to run around hell and half of Ga looking for it right now with no damn gas. Closer to Cobb/Paulding Co. the better. Thanks. ETA: Not target ammo. |

I think the local peopel will tell you that it's just about impossible to keep "odd ball" calibers in stock in any quantity because of cost and tiem on the shelf. If you want .223 you'll find it. 10mm, .41 mag, .414 supermag, .41 AE, .475 linebaugh, .480 ruger, ... all better purchased online. I've been hunting.410 slugs. I have 500 rounds of .41 mag for my DW loaded up. |
DK speaks the truth at least as far as my shop is concerned. We try to stock the more common ammo, but we can hardly afford to stock oddball calibers. Believe it or not there is VERY little profit in ammo. I would expect you should be able to locate 41 mag at one of the larger stores like Basspro ETC. If you are going to buy at Basspro you might as well save the gas, time ETC and order online. TD |
Honestly I looked up .41 mag ammo from my wholesaler. They have plenty. There is no reason why a local gun shop can't order it for you. I can provide part numbers if you need them but I special order ammo all the time. If you pay up front they shouldn't have a problem cause it's not like they'll be stuck with it if you don't pick it up. Good Luck. |
