I have looked all over this website but don't seem to find the answer so I thought I would ask yall.

Is it legal to ship an ar-15 upper to New York? I have read through the ban but don't know if an upper is legal or not.

It is an 11.5 with a 5.5 flash that is perm attached.

I'd stay away from this and find another buyer in a non-AWB state. That's just me, though.

If the guy you are shipping it to is named "Bloomberg", I would stay away from the deal.
