I thought I'd throw this out there in case anyone was in the industry - I'm looking for a job. I'm a landscape architect & planner with over 10 years of experience. I've worked on everything from detailed site design to zoning approvals to military base planning. Lots of experience in the land development arena. I need to stay in the Atlanta area - my wife works full-time in Gainesville, and part-time on a PhD at UGA. Know of any openings? Firms that I should talk to? Thanks! |

I hope I'm not cutting in on you. If so, I'll happily delete this. In case anyone here is in that field and looks in here and just needs a laborer, I'd like to learn custom landscape/rock/masonry. I'm a full-time firefighter and part-time EMT with another county. I could use the extra money if you could use a part time guy to move heavy stuff. I figure since the thread starter is WAY more highly experienced than that, I'm not interested in the same job he is. I'd like to stay on the east side of Atlanta. Covington, Conyers, Henry/Newton/Walton would be great. |

To the OP: "Arcadis", "Qore Property Science" and "Edwards and Neff Eng" are the only ones I have dealt with in the ATL area. I know Edwards and Neff have recently busted up and I do not know who went where, but they go under the name Ingenium Design now. Good luck. |
