I got to meet the man/legend Sat. I just want to say that I have never met
A nicer person. He was friendly, gracious, and genuinely interested in our conversation.

So here's to you Mr. Paulson

Also I would like to thank all of the AAC folks, as well as PSI(Mark and Allen).
I had a great time.

Carry on.....

Yeah, Al is a cool guy.  It was good seeing him again.  I got a chance to bug him about his damn third silencer book.  Release it already Al!

I heard him say that the book was probably 3 years out.

I was most impressed with him. A very VERY nice gentleman!!

He is, arguably, the worlds leading authority on all things suppressed.

Yes.  But I'd have to say Mike Smith at AAC probably knows more about silencer construction and WHY things work than anyone else.  And Kevin has an incredible knowledge of silencer history with a nice collection too.  The guy could open a museum.

Paulson is certainly the leading authority on sound measurement.

You speak the truth...I stand corrected.

No correction necessary.  Paulson does also understand a LOT about the construction.  Mike has been making silencers since he was a kid.  His work at Gemtech went largely unappreciated and, more importantly, uncompensated!  The people who say crap like, "Mike stole designs from Gemtech, blah, blah, blah..." do not know the whole story there.  Kevin and Mike wanted to innovate.  Phil Dater didn't.  So, Kevin and Mike used there own designs to start AAC.

I need to see if we can sneak you into AAC sometime.  The history of silencers and their company is really interesting.

Consider it a "date" I would love to see the Mfg. processes/operations.
