Peanut Butter Brownie Cookies
1 box (19.5) Pillsbury Brownie Classics traditional Fudge brownie mix
1/4 cup butter melted
4 oz cream cheese softened
1 egg
1 cup powdered sugar sifted
1 cup chunk peanut butter
1 lb of chocolate fudge ready to spread frosting

1. Heat oven to 350F. In a medium bowl beat brownie mix, butter cream cheese and egg until well blended use a spachula because it sticks to everything.

2. On UNGREASED cookie sheets drop dough by rounded tablespoons 2 inches apart to make 24 cookies

3. mix powdered sugar and peanut butter until mixture forms a round ball and form into small balls. Place one small ball into each cookie dot.

4. bake 10-14 minutes until edges are set. cool 30 minutes.

5. remove cookies and spead with frosting.

WOW my wife just pulled these from the oven and they are GOOD!
