I've ordered from Pat's Reloading before. The prices and service are great.
Just beware of buying once fired military brass. Most all 7.62 brass and even a lot of 5.56 brass is fired out of machine guns-which means that the brass has been stretched to shit. It'll usually work without issues, but don't expect a long brass life.
The only safe bet anymore for buying mil brass is M118LR 7.62 brass, which was fired out of precision rifles and is generally outstanding.

For new brass, Wideners and Midway usually has pretty good prices for Winchester (preferable) or Remington brass.
