[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Cracked it

When shooting today. Got my first cracked bolt. Found it when I was cleaning it tonight. I hate throwing parts away.

No idea where I bought it. maybe a thousand rounds probably less.

Jack, don't toss it. If you still have it and don't plan on keeping it I'd like it, or at least would like to borrow it.

It was a home brew gun unknow bolt and carrier with a 20" Colt gov. barrel with A2 stock. I have shot many different brands out of it.

Jack, don't toss it. If you still have it and don't plan on keeping it I'd like it, or at least would like to borrow it.

When you show up at the Carolina shoot I will give the bolt to you.

I wanna-go, but I'm afraid I have been conscripted to take the family to Helen, GA against not only my better judgement but my will also. I'll find out for sure by Thursday, and then I'll put in a call for a ride out there to our hometown crew. I'm working Friday night and don't get off until 6AM, I'll need a nap.
