I'm thinking about getting a dedicated .22LR upper for my Bushmaster AR but I don't want to spend a fortune. At MidwayUSA the cheapest 2 .22LR uppers they sold were made by Model 1 and Bushmaster. The Model 1 is $350 and the Bushmaster is $387. I know Bushmaster makes quality stuff but I'm not that familiar with Model 1. I don't want to go with a simple bolt coversion kit. Does anyone have some experience with Model 1? What would you recommend? Thanks for the help!
