Whats wrong with a brass punch and hammer with the slide clamped in a vise? I change all my sights this way.

If anyone needs to use a sight tool on the west side or if you are going to be out this way I have one.

I usually use a pice of flat steel, a thin piece of leather, and 2 c-clamps.
Less violent than the hammer/punch, and can be used easily at the range.
