Just be honest about everything, not only with the ATF but with your local zoning board and licesencing board. You will need their special use permit and a business license before you even apply with the ATF. They WILL follow up on everything and insure that you were on the level with the locals. Then it takes about 4-6 months to get your compliance check,then another month or so for your FFL to arrive, then after that, if you want to deal with pistols you need a seperate GA license and bonding/insurance. Sorry, there's no majic handshake or password, just a few little hoops beforeyou volontarily give up your fourth amendment rights. Now, if you are doing this in a commercial environment, I.E, opening a retail establishment, the process is a bit easier, but not much. |
