Hay I am new to ar15.com and wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Rob and I live in Athens where I am a student at UGA. I have only begun to build my first AR and right now the only parts I have are a LAR lower and DPMS parts kit (un-installed and probably will not be until after finals). Hopefully I can afford to complete my rifle before the summer is out, anyway I love this website! Rob |

I bought my first AR from a local member. I just started aquiring the parts for rifle number 2. And I'm trying to work out a plan for rifle number 3. All of my money (as soon as I get some) will most likely be heading to JKiser. If you're just getting started, I highly recommend you search out his threads in the EE. |
Welcome  Now sit back, buckle up and hold on. Black Rifle Disease spreads fast. You're lucky however. There are plenty of UGA guys that are active participants, both here on ARFcom and on group shoots, that will be plenty of help. Not to mention, GA has one of the most active hometown forums (and the coolest, yet somewhat gheyist moderator - sorry Book, but that Camden thread  is still burned into my memory).  |
Just a heads up: don't build on UGA property -- state law. but you probably live off campus. |
