Bass Pro Q3131 > Georgia

Does anyone know if this stuff is Q3131A? If not, would I be better off paying less for the Wally World WWB? I really don't want to go over $4 a box unless it's zombie killing stuff.

Q3131A - IDF - Good Israeli stuff
Q3131 - USA - New production = good stuff

If Win is releasing this stuff back to commercial traffic it is likely new stuff. Bass Pro isn't going to resell some 40 year old Cold War surplus as new. Really. They are in business with the LCD.

I bought a case of q3131 several months ago for $150. Haven't had any problems iwth it.

So how short is Q3131 of M193/Q3131A velocity? Significant? Does anyone have this stuff in their dooms day stock pile?

I stocked up a couple of yrs ago when BP had it on sale for $2.33 a box !! I would go in and think " 10 boxes is only $23 so I'll get 20 boxes". Go back in a couple of days and repeat. This was 3131A. It is damn accurate. Way under 3/4" groups out of my Savage bench rifle.
