"pistol pit" would be a slight over statement. They have 10yd and 25yd lines for slow fire pistol. Period. They have 25yd, 50yd and 100yd slow fire for rifle. Period. Again: Yes, they suck.

However, I am severly limited by time. I can either shoot or drive. I choose to shoot. I live in Powder Springs and it is a 30 minute drive for me. So, I leave the house by 8:30 and get back around 1:30. I have a 1yr old daughter who needs me home ASAP. When she is five I will bring her with me!

I feel your pain. I've got a 1-1/2 and and a 3-1/2 yo at home. I try to make the Pickens Co. Range pre-dawn twice a month so I can get home to make "pain-cakes" for breakfast on Saturday.

There is a indoor range in that part of the world that willlet you rapid fire your pistol as long as you can show you can control yor weapon. If you burst and thing you just pay for it.
