Very cool blaster.  How tough is it to get the can on and off with that tube surrounding it?  How will you get inside that PRI tube to clean the crud off the FS?  Won't the can get things in there real nasty?

Book,
There's no problem getting the suppressor on/off, there's more room around it than it looks.  Cleaning the FS is pretty easy due to the PRI tube.  The tube is a 2 piece unit. There's a locking ring around the barrel extension that secures the tube.  Unlocking it will not affect the barrel locking ring and allows tube to be removed, allowing easy access to the FS.  There's not a lot a residue escaping from the back of the suppressor.  It won't get any dirtier than normal.

Wow, that is awesome. Congrats on that sweet setup!
BTW, how is that 2nd gen EOTech? I haven't read too much about it yet.

I've never heard about or seen the second gen. EOTechs.

Sorry about the confusion, the scope is actually a 2nd Generation Holosight which preceded the EOTech series.  I always liked the way the hood protects the whole unit.

Thanks for confusing everyone!  To make up for it, we all get to run two mags through your very cool blaster.

That PRI tube sound very cool.  I'd love to check it out.  I want to see how it attaches to the receiver.  Sounds neat.

As big a guy as you are, I'm a little surprised in your choice of pistol grip.  I have several G27s and Hogues, but tried the TD on my last build.  It seems real small (thin) compared to the others.

Book,
Yeah, it's a little thin.  I prefer the ERGO grip, but I like being able to carry a spare set of batteries in the grip (mine don't last 10,000 hours )  It doesn't bother me too much and when wearing gloves it feels much better.

I got to fondle this thing at the range tonight.  It's very well balanced.  I finally got to see how a troy front sight works, and VSP was right, they're beefy and tough.  I like how Kevin has recessed the crown of the M4-2000 compared to the earlier ones.

Footrat,
Thanks for the nice words.  I'm glad you liked it.
