last saturday i saw a good buy on a FR8 with bayo & sling at a local gun store but didnt buy it. Decided later that I need it and went back today to get it and some "Other" vulture had already snapped it up. the same thing happend to me several months ago on a M3 Bennelli. I HATE IT WHEN THIS HAPPENS!!

Yeah, that does suck. Hesitate and you sometimes miss a great deal. Happens to me all the time at gun shows. I'll find a good deal on mags or whatever and pass it up because I haven't yet walked the entire show. I'll come back and the stuff will be gone.

I have had that happen a few times, same way with something good in the paper.

That's when a credit card comes in handy. When you don't really have the money, it'll let you make it happen. I picked up a very nice M1A at a shop under the same conditions and wouldn't have bought it if not for my CC. I knew if I didn't someone else would. I'm making about $500 on the resale of it.
