| The auctions are held by Garner Auctioneers. Most of my info I got from Campybob. I called Larry at Garner, and he told me that the auctions are held once a month except for Feb. Closest Commercial Apt is Canton Akron, and it is about 1 hr 45 min away. The next auction is Jan 25 the day after the polar bear shoot. Out of state can purchace fire arms there and they must be shipped to a local FFL per ATF regs. |
| I forget all the details from Campybob's encounter at the auction, but there are deals to be had there I think he picked up a sweede mauser for less than 150. He also said some stuff gets way out of hand on price, mostly 1911's and M1's. I didn't ask larry where they came from, but most look to be private sale with a few estates thrown in. A few months back they ran through I think Milton Berel's estate collection, and he said that there were about 100 lugers up for sale. |
