Taxman, I recently bought a Nikon Monarch UCC 4-12x40. Paid somewhere around $400 I think, maybe a little less. The glass was clearer than the Leupolds to which I compared the Nikon. I've always been a Leupold guy, but love this Nikon. What power of magnification are you wanting? |
I dont really know, I want sometime I will be able to get a good view at a long range. I had a 6.5x20x44 but it died. |

Taxman are you going to the range this weekend with that AR50? Ive never seen a 50bmg shoot before and that would be one bad ass thing to see! I have a Burris scope mounted on my 30-06. | well I have a Simmons 800116 made in Japan. its clear and the power is 8-32x44 I'm getting rid of it due to my AR that it sat on wouldn't group tight enough to justify a scope like this. I'm selling it in EE for $165.00 I think you would like this scope, it's like new condition |
