What's the rule, if any, on carrying in restaurants in NC?
What locations are off limits? Thanks. |
| There used to be statutes restricting you if admission was paid or if they served alcohol for consumption. Both of those restrictions are gone as of 2013. Now it's just a matter of if the restaurant is clearly posted that they don't allow you to carry. Can't consume at all while carrying. |
