As a SC resident with a cwp can I do a ftf transfer of a long gun with a NC resident who also has a cwp ftf with a bill of sale.
I have my answer. Will use an ffl. |

Likely, no.
A CWP license has nothing to do with sales amongst people in different states. For that, a FFL license needs to be engaged in the purchaser’s State of residence. You're stuck having to obey the 1968 Gun Control Act (GCA). edit: clarity |
