Harvey Dick, former assistant commandant of cadets in charge of discipline and long-time member of The Citadel Board of Visitors, died on Saturday, Jan. 28, 2012, after a short, but tough battle with cancer. He was 84.

A complete obituary, biography and funeral arrangements are available on The Citadel's tribute site to Col. Dick. Alumni who have memories are also encouraged to share them on the site, which is found at: www.citadel.edu/root/harveydick

Spoke to him a couple weeks ago on the phone (GA now on campus finishing up my MA).  C/o '07, but he was a big supporter of us "Qs" even while I was there.
