WOOT!

Had a pretty good time at this match.

Learned some things.

Shooting a 6" steel plate @ 200yds is not that hard with an Eotech, but it is hard when your Eotech is BZO'd at 25yds..
.

Shooting inside of vehicles is fun.

Everybody enjoys seeing a EBR thrown into the back of a pickup truck during a stage.

There are A LOT of people who "game" these things..

Just shoot the stage and move on, don't walk through getting the perfect sight picture a million times and re adjusting your pistol in its holster, before your even loaded and ready.

I think I'm gonna shoot the Garand at the next match..

I had no idea that anyone else knew about DPRC.  That's my range man!  Unfortunately I haven't been able to go to their 3 gun matches yet, but I have a rifle, shotgun, and pistol.  Maybe the one on 8 May.

Figure about 100+ rounds on each paper per squad, find the doubles, the misses, do the math- slows down the squad and the match, and has the potential to ward off new shooters.  And if you were one of the last squads to shoot it, you saw how difficult it could be trying to find the line.  I am not b!tching though, just stating how it was- I scored my squad for the match.

You won't see that at future matches- but bring the buck for the heavy steel.  And you are right, there will probably be a run on flight control in the RTP area.
