Dose anyone know or have info on the Tri-county Gun Club in Bayboro, NC?

The range is just north of New Bern NC and the Marine base. I have been there but no one was around. I can not find anyone who seem to know were the Tri-county Gun Club is or a good number to get in contact with them.
