Anyone lnow where i can get one in the Charlotte, NC area? Looking for .223.
The dealer that i went to today said he cant get one in and that no one has them. |
| I tried unsuccessfully to find one in a local shop. I may be wrong but I believe remington releases it to premier dealers which I assume is based on volume of sales. I ended up ordering one in 308 from snipercountrypx and doing the transfer with a local dealer. Got it a few weeks ago and it was less than 600. Good luck. |
I had the same problem with a .308 model. Unable to find one anywhere locally...and when I did find a shop that would order one for me, the price was laughable ($900). I ended up just buying one off of Gunbroker.com for $600 shipped...naturally Budsgunshop.com had them 7 days later for $540 shipped. 
The .223 versions were pretty prevalent on gunbroker when I was shopping for the .308. There was easily a 3 to 1 ratio of the .223 vs .308's |
