Is there NC laws for or against?

don't know of any law against it. A game warden might get you on some things if he wants to be a prick- You have a loaded gun, park on the side of the road, take the gun down to go into the woods- might get you for hunting from the road, Loaded gun in rack, you are driving around with a flashlight looking for your dog- he gets you for spotlighting deer.... These are the thing I would worry about.
And the biggest thing- If a thug can see it, he will steal it. |
