 to all the folks who came out to the spring Uwharrie camp & shoot.Especially nooneimportant (and his lovely bride) & Tavernfox for taking up my slack. I somehow missed lespaul85  but I did get to meet paigegunsmith & ecamp55. It is always great to catch up with good friends again. I wish I had been able to get up there on time and see everyone (NCHawk thanks for bringing the ketchup-sorry we didn't get the grub on in time for you). A big thanks to everyone who donated to the giveaway! To all our members that couldn't make it this time, leave your calenders open for the fall shoot!  |

First, Thanks to U352. He has been the driving force, head chef, and top mule skinner on thees shoots for a long time. I had fun but due to a grill malfunction, and my single minded drive to repair things in the field I did not shoot much Sat. (4 rounds) It was a bad gas regulator, try to find one of those in Biscoe in Easter Sunday. So Tavernfox saved the day with her camp grill. I got a replacement regulator today for $20 and the grill now runs great. I was surprised how little some of my stuff got used. I opened a case of .308 and I have 940+ Rounds left. The .41 mag ammo box doesn't show much of a dent. If you didn't shoot my guns it was your own fault. Didn't do to much on the yard sale end, but ended up with a neat hat. I was suppose to give U352 the video for editing and posting, but we forgot. I have the tape and will struggle through and see what I can do. It was good to meet everyone. If I seemed to ignore you, especially on Sat. I had grill tunnel vision, sorry. All are welcome to PM or email me. NOI |
