who does the best deals around Bragg for transfers? (outbound)

I was talking to a guy at the Rod & Gun club on Bragg last weekend who mentioned Warpath Military collectibles on Hope Mills Rd, said he did inbounds for $15. Not sure about outbounds.

Also, don't forget your local pawn shops. I've found good deals through them actually.
