| Is it OK to use duracoat on something that has already been painted without any adverse affects to the functionality of the parts? I've never used the stuff myself, so pleasae excuse my ignorance. |
that was it I wanted to make it black with the biohazard symbol in red. My wife said that if I was going to buy a new gun it sure as hell wasn't going to be a pink one.
|
So in other words your wife just gave you the ok to buy another new gun |
that is the way that I heard it |
Bobby Smith of Salbo Arms is your guy. He's local to me and does excellent work. PH# (336)374-3393 email: [email protected] Website: wwwsalboarms.com Hey jmdz4, Great technique on getting the affirmative for a new gun purchase. Maybe, while she's in such a generous mood, you might get a break from spankin' that monkey. LOL! What'cha gonna get? AR-15? |
I don't know just yet, but that is the big question. I want a .308 and a 1911, but I can't get both ![]() there are so many choices. right now there is the Kimber 1911 (but which one ), a M1A, a PTR91 KP, or an AR-10
|
For the 1911 |
If it's a .308 you're interested in, I'd HIGHLY recommend the AR-10. The Cetme/H&K design results in a great deal of felt recoil. You need to come over and shoot with me at the house next weekend. I've got a G-3 clone and a Colt 1911 Government. Shoot'em both and see what you do & don't like about them. I've heard the AR-10 is much more comfortable to fire. Hell, if you want to bring that "retard" along with you, I won't have any objections! |
