I need to find a local smith, a thing that SC has precious few of, that will do work on a 1911 for me. Specifically sight install, beavertail safety, thumb safety, and trigger. Everything will need to be refinished (and aluminum parts anodized) but if he is not capable I can outsource for this task. I looked through the past few pages and only saw NC smith's. Thanks for the help guys! edit - by "local" smith, I mean preferably within a few hours drive of Myrtle Beach. Southeast NC counts. |
Thats funny, I used to LIVE in there, but I never knew he was capable of doing good work on 1911's. Thanks for the heads up. |
