I am fixing to move back to Durham after 10 years in Pittsburgh, PA, and was wondering what the Class III laws are like in Durham County? Will the CLEO sign off on Class III and/or NFA authorizations. Here in Allegheny County (Pittsburgh, PA), the CLEO won't sign them. Just curious if my luck will change when I move back to Durham. I grew up in Durham County and my mother lives just north of Pittsburgh. Where are you moving to in Durham County? As far as I know, Durham County does permit Class III. Years ago, Sheriff Allen lived down the road from us. He was an avid shooter and would have gladly signed off for you. -REAPER2502 |
