The auction is Saturday but are currently taking online bids.  Would these sales be treated as face to face between Mo citizens?

Idk but there are a lot of guns in there. Saw a CMP garand, lots of shotguns.

Click on " terms and conditions".
There will be a 10% buyers premium added but there are a few rarer pieces offered. That Savage 45ACP trials pistol is one for sure.

Usually, to CYA, auction companies hire a FFL to do the transfers.

Generally speaking, if the auction comes from an estate sale it can be treated as a FTF sale, but if it comes from multiple sellers there will be an FFL on site doing 4473's.

Since the site says they're still taking consignments, I'd wager that all of the sales will go through an FFL.

Read the auctioneer's sale bill, that will tell whether they run NICS.  Most don't, they're estate auctions with face to face sales.

I guess I'll check the bill, I might see something I can't live without.
