There are some are some benefits like the better search functions, the https: domain to get around the blockers, etc. But it's not like site ownership is posting in the BOTD for its paying members. Paying members are posting for the enjoyment of other paying members. I also don't pay for cable or satellite. If I pay for premium content, I shouldn't be seeing commercials. Really pisses me off how most of the DirecTV and Dish stations go to infomercials overnight. |

It started out as a buyers remorse support group for those of us hitting the Amazon deals thread. Black Friday / Cyber Monday found many people hitting "buy" then asking "what did I just buy?" Now its turned into a full fledged barter/trade/who wants it thread. From what I saved on Christmas this year, I paid for one of the poster's membership and still came out saving over $1000 from what I spent last year and bought more, higher end stuff for my kids and wife. |
