Just look for an (R) next to the names. Atty General Chris Koster (D) gets an "A" rating from the NRA. reasons to vote for Ed Martin: Koster is a Dem Koster is an incumbant Martin also gets an A,(?) from the NRA. Not an "A" because his position is based on questions, not experience since he's not been in office yet. Martin is a Rep. From Matins Page: http://edmartinformissouri.com/ “Gun Owners of America Political Victory Fund is proud to endorse Ed Martin for Attorney General.
Ed Martin is a strong supporter of the Second Amendment who is dedicated to protecting the rights of Missouri’s gun owners. As state Attorney General, Ed will stand against unconstitutional intrusions of the federal government. He understands that the U.S Constitution is a check federal power—not a grant of unlimited authority. Ed strongly supports the right of Missourians to carry concealed firearms, and he will work to expand reciprocal concealed carry agreements with other states. And Ed Martin supports the Firearms Freedom Act, which holds that any firearm that is made in the state, identified as such, and stays in the state is exempt from federal firearms laws. GOA encourages gun owners and sportsmen across the Show Me State to vote for Ed Martin for Attorney General on Election Day.” “Over the past few days, I have watched closely as the State Department has invited the United Nations to monitor our November Presidential elections in ‘swing’ states around our nation.
“When I saw that Missouri was listed as a location for these monitors, I became alarmed. I am grateful that other Attorneys General in the United States have objected to these monitors. “However, I am now deeply concerned, as are many of the citizens of Missouri, that our Missouri Attorney General, Chris Koster, has done nothing to stop the intrusion of these United Nations monitors into our sovereign state of Missouri. Our Attorney General has ONCE AGAIN chosen NOT TO DEFEND the Citizens of Missouri from this violation to our state. “When I am Attorney General, I will not yield our state sovereignty to anyone – not the State Department, not the United Nations, not the U.S. Attorney General’s Office and not any other Federal Government agency. When the rights of Missourians and our state sovereignty are at stake, I will fight back.” |

I have still never voted a Democrat. |

The point of such legislation is that the items in question never cross a state line so, in theory, the federal gubmint has no say in the matter since it is not an "inter state" commerce issue. Such legislation has already been enacted in several states. However, so far nobody has had the balls to challenge the feds on it. So, who wants to be the crash test dummy? ![]() |

I donno, he has an appreciation for the M4 after his saved his ass a few times in Assganistan. I wrote in Sylvester Taylor III against Grey for State Rep in my district. There are a few of us who did that, maybe not enough but a few. He had his CCW as soon as he could get it, still haven't had a chance to get him to a range. |

Once the Powerball lands my way, I'm your huckleberry. I prefer an AG that doesn't try an enact laws. Reminds me too much of a certain AG that will hopefully be going back to being a lawyer in January no matter who wins the POTUS. |
