Procedure is to contact Arizona's Department of Public Safety and have them send you a packet. Go to your local police station and have them finger print you on the cards Arizona sends. Send a postal money order or certified check for $50.00 with your print cards and proof of training (NRA Basic Handgun course works or a copy or your Missouri CCW). Wait for it to process and score for 5 years. No photo id needed but you must have a photo id on you when carrying and using the Arizona permit. |
