I could only imagine what would happen if I was to hit it with my 50GMB. I think I see what you are saying about reactive target. Meat and feathers in every direction.

She found it last night. After strutting around for a while she settled down in one spot. That's about where I saw her again this morning after she took a dust bath. The problem is that when the hay gets raked in a couple of days, her nest is almost certainly a gonner.
