I currently do carpentry work (self employed) in eastern Jackson CO if anybody needs small jobs done.

Do any wood rot repairs? All of my work is located in the Lee's Summit area and I'll be slammed in the next month.
It's just getting steady now but I'm getting lowballed by people that just want to pay the bills. Turned in a $51k bid on a interior remodel and lost it to a hack for $35k, of course I checked with the city and no permits are pulled, I should turn them in. It always happends and the beginning of the year. |
