I have the dubious honor of being the chauffer/designated driver for a van full of budding alcoholics this evening. I need to know if Mo. still has its open container law or was it repealed.
Of course I will not be touching a drop but the 11 women I will be driving around will be. So, can they drink while in transit? FYI, It is my wifes friends daughters 21st b-day, Wife, her friend etc. will all be joining in along with maybe 1/2 dozen young'uns (all over 21) This ought to be fun....... |
| I was once told by one of my friends who was a county sherriff that if you are driving and have an open container as long as you are under the legal limits there is nothing they can do. I have never been willing to risk it though. I am curious about this though? |

Quoted: Quoted: We'll need pics of said legal-aged females in order to deduce the correct answer. With that sort of a cargo, remember to break off a piece for yourself! And of course one of our Great Commanders in Chief said it best, "Eatin' ain't cheatin'". Take special note if a hot one says I just want to find a quiet guy, twice my age. ![]() |
