I've tried mixing whiskey with beer, it's okay.
What else can be mixed with beer? Vodka? Gin? Does anything else taste good mixed with beer? |
|
I usually drink along side of a beer if that's where things are headed. Bourbon, whiskey, have a few friends that when we get together usually will drink American Honey along side. Little sweet for my pallet but their wives love it.
Might have to check on the Beer rita idea never had one. edit used to drink DR Pepper bombs/shots? # 1 Pour the Amaretto into a rocks glass. # 2 Pour the beer into the rocks glass. # 3 Stir the ingredients to combine them thoroughly. # 4 Consume the shot immediately in one fluid motion, not sipping but consuming the shot in one gulp. Above I C&P from another page. We used to drop the shot for liqueur in a pint of light beer. |

| Back in the day when. I'd have two shifts. 9 hours at work and 8 hours at the bar. Folks just took to calling me "Norm". It was a "Cheers" kinda bar. Towards the end it used to be "two shots and a rock". Rolling Rock beer poured in an iced beer mug. Then two shots plunked into the mug. Then it was mugs up, without a break. Then another round...and another...and another..... 10 years without a drop come January 5th, 2011. |

McCoys in Westport makes their own rootbeer and stout. The rootbeer is fantastic by it's self (tastes like bubblegum), but the rootbeer and stout together is fan-freaking-tastic. They call it diesel. ![]() somebody get Adam some real good rootbeer, STAT bubblegum? come on |
