Woke up this morning and as usual turned on the news, Fox 4, and saw the election results along the bottom edge of the screen. Hartzler beat Skelton, something like 70% to 30% with 100% of Precincts reporting, Cleaver ahead of Turk 49% to 48% with 95% of Precincts reporting (let's gooooo last 5%), etc. Then there were some races where somebody beat someone with 106% of the Precincts reporting, or 107% or even one as high as 112%. My first thought was "those wacky Democrats are at it again, voting more than once and having their dead relatives vote too". WTF is up???!?!????!????!!????
