....next person I see dumping dogs out here....I'm considering shooting YOU instead of waiting for your recently dumped dogs to chase cattle and shooting them. I'm tired of killing your "burden" you just had to have, that noone can catch, and noone wants to adopt.

Tonight it is gonna have to be a pitbull mix....shame is he seems sweet, unless he's around our cattle or our dogs...which are all inside or in the pen. I get to find a way to get him far enough from the house to shoot the AR.

I hate when people do that. They used to do it on my dads farm all the time.  We would have packs running the area. I think packs of "domestic" dogs are worse than coyotes, they don't fear people.

If the Pit mix is friendly call a Bully dog rescue.....I'll bet they come to his rescue. If you switch aim to the dumpers, hope you don't miss and have adequate disposal method. Scumbags.....

Cats and dogs, all the time down our county road. I hate having to do what I have to do to protect my animals and property, but its better that dumping them off on somone else. Its a sorry SOB that does that. I feel your pain. Id like to kick someones ass for that.

You worried about the noise or the mess?

Because if it's just the noise, I think you've already got your bases covered.  I think you could find something more stealthy than the AR, though.

Its the "mess" from the wife seeing me drag off another one.  Not sure if Special K 9mm has the pop to put him down or not.....and with my silencers and out here...the noise is rarely the concern.       FYI....finally sent off my Form4...and working on the wife for a Form for an SBR.

I live 1 mile from the Warrensburg animal shelter, people believe if they dump the animal near the shelter they will find their way in there.  I don't know how many times I see puppies and kittens running around the gate.

The skittish ones are the ones that scare me the most.  I have a 4 year old running around the back yard, I'm not taking chances with any dogs.

Wasn't it just last fall someone was thinking of using that to hunt deer...

Ever see the dome on a pittbull? I would say its 2-3x thicker/stronger than a deer......and all I need is a neutered mag for ban states for my Glock and I'll use it this year.  :)

Preach it brother. I’ve heard about people who get Beagles to rabbit hunt with, then once season is over dump them so they don’t have to feed them all year. Wife and I just adopted a little lab mix a week and a half ago and while he can be a little terror sometimes, I couldn’t imagine dumping him off.

Its funny really what bothers me and what doesn't.....

Things that don't bother me...
.....shooting strays chasing cattle
.....shooting coons stealing sweet corn
.....shooting any game animal while hunting
.....shooting cats, seriously....I HATE cats!
.....volunteering to flip the switch on a murdered
.....taking a dump in a persons yard that's pissed me off

Things that do bother me...
.....liberals speaking
.....stupid people breeding
.....people dumping animals
.....me being forced to euthanize the animals they've dumped once they fight for territory or chase cattle

I'm a fairly insensitive person and occasionally known to be an asshole with little regard for the lives of some people....so its odd what bohers me.

Must not live in Boone County. Shoot a cat and someone see's you doing it and our Lib-tard judges will throw you in jail.

He's got the "threatening livestock" thing on his side, though.

It's amazing how many dirt bags are out there who will just dump their problems on others.
