I know after you take your CCW class and go to the sheriffs to sign for your background check there is a cost that come with it. That cost is different from county to county. What is the cost in your area?

The Cost after you had you Training in MO is approx. $111 of this $11 will be for the DMV for the Photo ID.

The Person who conducts this Training should also be able to provide you with this information. But the info above is what I had gotten when I took my class.

In Pulaski County:
Sheriffs Dept gets $73.25
License Bureau gets $11.00

$111 is the max as the state of Missouri has set $100 as the maximum charge for the background check while license bureau is $11. St. Charles County was $111 when I went through them. I should have checked Warren Counties when I renewed.

Warren county back about 1.5 yrs ago was 85 bucks. And I thought I paid 12 bucks for the non-drivers ID.

Cole County you have to pay the MSHP 73.00 I think it was, the 11.00 for the license. Cole County Sheriff Greg White doesn't charge for what they do, he's a cool dude.

Franklin County = $63.50

St. Louis City = $100.00

St. Louis County = $76.00

Washington County = $100.00

Crawford County = $100.00

This does not include the DL or non-DL renewal.

If you check the websites of the various sheriff's they may post what they charge under either the FAQ or a separate CCW page.
