| How was the show ?? |
| Busy, Large crowd, both sides where open. Plenty of ammo at decent prices. Most of the prices on dealers tables where fair market value. Of course there were the few idiotic prices but there will always be those. Good prices on magpul accessories about the same as the net plus shipping. So if you need a stock or something just go get it. The funny thing was the amount of rifles people where carrying around looking to sell. The prices of what people where carrying around was what was laughable. Sorry your norinco sks isnt worth $450. Sorry your wasr is not work $950. What was funny was the dealers had the same rifles laying on the table for hundreds less. I didnt see alot of money changing hands so I think alot of people when to sell not to buy. Typical of a show right before the holidays especially in a down economy. |
| I did find 'some' decent ammo prices. I saw the people walking around with rifles on their shoulder and did lol at some of them. I was kind of surprised at the pistol prices, nothing better than the average gun shop though. I think I'm going back in the morning to pick up a scope I liked. |
| I wasn't that impressed with this show. There were alot of tables, but only half of them had any guns. Went looking for a Mossberg 500-590 or an Rem. 870, found a few but none that i just had to have. Alot of the AK's were way over priced IMO. Decent amount of AR's. I'd give this show a 5/10 . |

I carried a couple of sticks around with 69camaro, some jackass at the door just grabbed one of my rifles while I was un packing it, I almost drew down, the "BACK THE F&$^K UP PTk |

Of course the prices on my sticks had to have the "negotiator" price on them, cause last time I just used the "bottom dollar" price and of course everyone looks at you like you have a thrid eye when you tell them its your bottom dollar and you're not knocking anything off. PTk I have the "negotiator" price on my guns too for the same reason. I normally use the "bottom dollar" price and people do look at you like you're stooopid and sometimes it seem that they don't want to buy from you just out of spite. |
| I was sitting outside waiting for polytech and heard one old fud say to another. "there is some guy in their with a table of 12 AKs that said private sale. Bullshit no one has 12 assault weapons in a private collection" I burst out laughing sitting accross from them very ammusing. |

While I agree with the point that many here have that many or more (guilty!) this guy is pushing the boarder of commerical opperation to almost a rediculous point. I'm not saying the law is 'just', just that this guy is at very least bending the hell out of it. I saw him at an earlier show where he had the pieces of paper out in big bold letters that said no paperwork needed. Is it a collection if you have a huge bunch of Wasr which are all the same and you are trying to sell them all at once? He bought them durring the obama panic to make a buck and now he is trying to liquidate them while not being seen as a commercial operaiton. Again I'm not saying the law is 'just' but come on....... |

I was laughing more about the comment that no one owns 12 assault weapons. |

There are members of this very forum that do the same thing. I have a personal blacklist of gunflippers in the area that I will never deal with. |

Actually, I own exactly ZERO "assault weapons". However I do own a semi-automatic rifle or twelve. |

Actually, I own exactly ZERO "assault weapons". However I do own a semi-automatic rifle or twelve. Yea I probably had a few more than twelve before my unfortunate boating accident. It was a rough day at the lake we capsized and damned if all my guns didnt sink to the bottom of the lake. So sad. |

I was worried when the line to get in was in front of the Holiday Inn. Much better with the whole room open, tho. First thing I notice is the giant sign that says 'CLIPS"! Rolled my eyes and plowed in the fray. Found a RR lower for decent. I went round and round with myself about a CMMG upper, but left without it.
No damn M9's in sight. I'm beginning to think I will never find one. Found myself lingering around the table of Kimbers though...... |

I acutally liked the show....more room between tables and tons of tables.
Granted, I went with NO amount money to spend other than a few small bills I had in my pockets and Benjamin wasn't on any of them! I did pick up 3 Korean Glock 17 mags and a spare 10 round AR mag for deer season.....$40 in all. The AR mag was from JSE and I've already loaded it up and shot with it and it worked perfect......the Glock 17 mags on the other hand were not friendly to being loaded...AT ALL. Gonna leave em loaded awhile and see if it improves at all. Had one buddy pick up a full set of magpul FDE parts to pretty up his AR a little, and a friend of his who bought everything he needed to build a rifle while we stood at the JSE table. Seemed like he got a fairly decent deal on everything and they threw in a few small goodies as well. |

What was the CMMG upper priced at? Config? 16Inch, 1/9 Flat top, FSB, A2 flash, with Magpul handguards- $525 They had the whole rifle at St. Joe last month for 599. Sure those weren't 'bargain rifles"? They had hoops of those this weekend. Not CMMG parts. |
"Nope, no clips, I do have this MAGAZINE that comes with the upper though" the gun tards were thick yesterday.....
