So I'm needing all of your guys help. I'm a college student who goes to the University of Missouri-Saint Louis. My parents are leaving the state of Missouri due to a divorce, and I have no other family in the midwest. I'm looking for a place to live.
So i'm looking for recomendations or advice about apartment complexes, or houses for rent, etc. My parameters are: South of Highway 70, North of Highway 40/61, West of Highway 170, East of Highway 270. I have two friends who are interested in living with me so I'm looking at either a 3 bedroom or an one bedroom place (if I decide to live bymyself). I have a maximum $1200 for a 3 bedroom and $550 for an one bedroom. I also have an 11 year old beagle who would have to live with me. I have looked at Cedar Trace, Oxford Hills, and Field Pointe of Saint Louis. Any advice on other places to look, or opinions about the places I've listed would help me out alot. I appreciate anything anyone has to add! Thank you all. |
You're in Missouri, so buy yourself a trai, er, manufactured home and then when the neighborhood no longer suits your taste, just kick the bricks out from under the corners, hook up the pickemup truck and move your home to a new neighborhood.
