Dunno the details of those models of Colts, but the TA01 is designed as a carry handle mounted scope. With the proper adapter it can fit flattops as well.

Make sure it comes with the picatinny mount. Otherwise, LaRue makes a fantastic mount.
The only problem I have with my TA01 is the eye relief sucks bad.

Thanks ,I got it tonight,came with flat top mount and carry handle mount.
