I saw an add on ebay a while ago. It was a super nice colonial style house re done, etc. It had around 300-600 acres if IIRC. Had two ponds, hard wood trees, and fruit trees beautiful place. For like 300-400k. I still couldn't buy it today, but it made me realize missouri has some nice land. Anyone have and tips and good sites for looking out for Missouri land. Things to avoid etc?

Thanks

There might be room for one more. You could check Wilson for nice places at high prices.

Wilson

Or look at a map, pick a city, google (St. James Missouri real estate) and check agency listings.

Love it!

Seriously though....I'll bet Oregon is beautiful!  Never been there but I've seen a few pics (+ the AxMen show on history channel in HD) and it's gorgeous.  Plus you have Bowtech in Eugene, OR

Land around Springfield, Mo is *approx*. 3k an acre last I looked in 07.

but, as the guy said above...
