[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Headstamp Question

I picked up some 50BMG brass a couple of weeks ago and a couple of the rounds have a IVI headstamp. Anyone have any idea what this is? I'm not familiar with this headstamp.

If it's Canadian it's probably ghey, socialistic and has poor taste in beer.
