Is Midway strictly mail order or do they also have a walk-in storefront where I can drop in and purchase from them?

You can order online and pick it up in person.

They don't have a showroom for you to browse and buy.

You can make an order, and for the shipping option choose "pick up" at their only location in Columbia.

You can pick up everything but powder and primers (ask me how I know )

They do occasionally have a Tent Sale where they sell scratch and dent, returns, overruns.  Although, offhand, I don't think they've had one for a few years.  Next time they do have one, I plan on going to it.

They had one inside a local gunshow not so long ago.
Columbia or Sedalia, I think.
I got to that particular show early.
I didn't find anything at Midway's sale that I wanted.
They had a good deal on some cases IIRC but I didn't need any that day.

Yep, there is no store front...they haven't done a "tent sale" thing that I know of since I worked there over a year ago...I do the pickup at Midway because I live litterally a mile from the place so I save a ton on shiping fees.

My girlfriend works in the call center there, so those of you guys who do phone orders or have customer service issues have probably talked to her at one time or another...

Not true mustangracer.  I tried to get powder picked up from them in Columbia.  I wanted to try TAC, but didn't want to get nailed for a $20 haz-mat fee for an $18 pound of powder.  I didn't want to order a bunch of other crap, since I don't really have any good loads made yet.  I called to place my order and told them I wanted to pick it up, they said I could pick up the bullets I was ordering(Sierra 65 SBTs), but the powder would have to be shipped.  They keep no powder at their location due to their "proximity to I-70".  All powder ordered from MidwayUSA is shipped from their warehouse in Montana, which I think is a bunch of:

Actually, the powder is drop shipped from the distributer when you order it.  Midway takes your order, then does a purchase order to whomever and your powder is drop shipped, thus the haz-mat charge for the handeling of "dangerous materials"

I'm pretty sure you can pick up powder at Graf's in Mexico.

I talked with them yesterday and they did advise a 2 to 3 hour lead time for picking up your order. Gives them time to process and fill the order.
