Alright, my Trident9 finally came in and I got all of the forms from the dealer.
It is mostly filled out for me, do I need to do anything to the form 4 except for my signature? I thought I read that I needed to put my C&R license number on there....somewhere... Any of you lucky people who already have their suppressors have any tips? -Chris |

Your dealer should have filled out the front page of the form 4 for you. Just confirm your name, address and your C&R number are correct. Your dealer will sign and date at the bottom of the first page.
You will want to circle the "I DO" to allow you to call in to get status on the transfer. On the back you will need to fill out section 15, add your picture, and have your CLEO fill out section 17. Pictures, finger prints and CLEO signature will not be required on Corp transfers. Send the two form 4's, two finger print cards, certification document with your $200 check to Atlanta |
