| I have already set up my LLC and a couple of weeks ago I followed the link to the ATF site to request the C&R form. I am wondering how long it has taken some of you guys to receive your forms. This ? is just to see if I should request them again, since I'm trying to get the C&R forms in a.s.a.p. so I can then try and get a suppressor and sbr going. Any help is appreciated. |

It took me a while to get my C&R application mailed to me probably 2-3 weeks, another 2 months to get it approved. I already had a had a personal C&R and they gave me a little flack about giving me a LLC C&R also, Don't know why, but I prevailed and just picked up my new Form 4s today! Now I've just got to wait another 60-90 days for approval
