No ratings necessary, But it was too damned good not to share!!!

Local Supermarket had a sale on Bulk Meat last week, I picked up several items
Whole in Cryovac, Top Sirloin Custom Cut 1" thick, Ribeye Cut 1" thick, KC Strip 1" Thick... Average weight of the Strip is 1# and Average for the Ribeye 1.25#
Average Ribeye,

Two Ribeye, and a pound of Asparagus on the Grill (steaks are halfway through their time! Steaks are seasoned with Emeril's Steak Seasoning. Asparagus is seasoned with Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper and Garlic

Plated, FULL OF WIN!!! The Steak is Medium Rare, Seared to seal it up and JUICY on the inside...

WAS FREAKIN GOOD TOO!!!

I didn't need to "Kill" the steak... it had long since stopped mooving...

I did have to chop wood for the fire though, Cooked over seasoned Oak
You need a HOT fire to properly sear a steak!

WAS DAMNED GOOD!!!! Did I mention that already?

I thought about adding the Dinner Pic staples but meh... I just wanted to take a pic of it!

Man, add a baked 'tater, fixed up, and some good beer and that's 10/10 in my books!

My favorite grilled sides are as follows.  Fold a piece of heavy duty aloominuminum foil over and fold up the edges.  Melt some real butter on the foil and then put cut-in-half onions and baby 'taters in the butter until the taters soften and the onions caramelize.  Fresh cracked pepper and some large-flake sea salt for seasoning.

DUDE! That is a pound and a quarter of BEEF... It was all I could manage to eat that and the Asparagus! I like your Tater Recipe, Add some bacon cut up in there and you got yourself some darned good taters!!! And I don't care for Taters!
