I tried to upload an avatar and it gave me this "Your file is too large. Please try again. (14KB Max)" error message.

What am I doing wrong?

File size has to be itty bitty. Just edit it down till it fits. If you can't figure it out, email it to me and I will try to help.

Uploading a file greater 14kb

Basically your avatar file is to big

That seems to be as small as imageshack will let me make it.

Still shows 2675bytes when I click on properties.

yes but the first one show up as 20.97 KB (21474 bytes)
